HOMECOMING - 1997

An attic windows block using fabric with a country village in Autumn theme. When I couldn't find a 12th scene in the fabric that was different from the others, I pieced a maple leaf!

COTSWOLD GARDENS - 1995

My husband and I spent a month in England and Scotland and saw so many wonderful English gardens. The Cotswolds, on the east of England, was especially beautiful. Again, one fabric for all the "windows". Free-motion machine quilting.

FLEUR de PRINTEMPS - 1996

Using a Carol Doak paper-piecing pattern, I used up a lot of scraps for this Spring Basket. Free-motion machine quilting.

PEAKY and SPIKE GO TO KASHMIR FOR CHRISTMAS - 1998

Peaky and Spike were made famous by the wonderful, late Dorreen Speckman. I was privileged to take a class with her the summer before she died. She was just the most fun person to be with!

AUTUMN SPLENDOR - 1993

Being a native of New England (Vermont and Massachusetts) Autumn is my favorite time of year with the spectacular foliage only New England can boast. This was my first hand-quilting experience.

PINEAPPLE FANFARE - 1998

Paper-pieced with multiple scraps in red, green, yellow and blue with one background color. About 24 inches square with free-motion machine quilting.
